/ About this project
Treasury Flex Partners is an interim treasury firm from Utrecht. Together with Liquidity Flex Partners they developed FlexCast, an online tool for the 13-week cash flow forecast. There is a lot to say about liquidity, credit lines and forecasting, but a CFO wants to see in a few seconds what it delivers.
The old WordPress site was slow and full of text, and FlexCast was hard to find. The brief: show that Treasury Flex is more than a freelancer, yet as hands-on as a large consultancy is not. And explain a new product to people who until now did everything in Excel.
The site is hand-built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, without a CMS, framework or plugins, and runs on Vercel's edge network. All old WordPress addresses redirect automatically, so the Google rankings are preserved. The site is fully in Dutch and English, charts have descriptions for screen readers, and anyone who prefers no motion gets no animations.
From briefing to launch in five days. There is now a site where a finance director sees within seconds what Treasury Flex does and what FlexCast delivers, and that loads fast.
/ Design
Calm that removes complexity
One clear structure with short headings and little text. The details sit behind tabs, in cases and on a dedicated product page. The colours are navy from the logo with a single ochre accent. FlexCast gets its own teal, so it is recognisable as a sister product within the same site. All figures are set in a monospace font, so they read like real financial data.
/ Live dashboard
Showing instead of describing
The site shows no screenshot but a live, coded dashboard. You see the expected bank balance over 13 weeks in a base and a downside scenario, and a bar chart shows exactly in which week a company drops below its credit line. How FlexCast works is shown in an animated diagram: data from the bank, the ERP system, payroll and the investment plan flows into FlexCast and comes out as a clear forecast.
/ Explainer video
Three minutes in two languages
A three-minute video in 1080p, with motion graphics in the brand style on the existing voice-over. There is a Dutch and an English version, both with subtitles, plus separate subtitle files for LinkedIn and YouTube. The video is built in code and rendered frame by frame, so a text change was processed the same day.
