Active Talent is a sister company of Art of Advertising. From Groningen it places people in healthcare, engineering and logistics, and on average delivers qualified candidates within 10 to 14 days. That takes a steady flow of new candidates.
We handle all recruitment marketing for Active Talent. We set up campaigns per vacancy and sector and send candidates to the job board on activetalent.nl, where they apply directly or register. Active Talent follows up by phone and handles the selection.
